Recipe for baked potato wedges
Potatoes – 3 medium sized (each sliced into 8 pieces)
All purpose flour – 1/2 cup
Peppercorns (crushed) – 2 tbsp(It was really spicy….you can reduce the amount as per your taste)
Chilly flakes – 1 /2 tbsp(You can increase the quantity of chilli flakes and reduce the quantity crushed peppercorns.)
Salt – As per taste
Oil – 3-4 tbsp(Any oil of your choice. I have used sunflower oil)
Method of preparation
Cook potato in hot boiling water for 6-7 minutes. Remove potatoes and make dry by using absorbent paper.
In a bowl add all-purpose flour ,salt and crushed pepper . Put potatoes inside the bowl and toss nicely so that it is coated with flour mix well.
In a preheated oven place these potatoes in the baking tray.
Drizzle oil over the potatoes. Bake for 20 minutes or until it is golden brown in colour.
In between you can just flip around the potatoes..
After taking out from oven sprinkle chilli flakes over it.
