Recipe for Vanilla Bean Blondies(Adopted from the blog Baking Bites)
Granulated Sugar-1 cup
Salt – 1/4 tsp
All purpose flour or maida-1 cup
Method of Preparation
In a bowl, beat butter and sugar with the help of an electric beater until light.
Split the vanilla bean in lengthwise direction with a knife and scrape out the vanilla seeds.Add to the sugar mixture.
Beat in salt and egg till it is mixed well. Fold in the flour such that no lumps remain.
Pour batter into baking dish and smooth it into an even layer.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 200° C in a pre-heated oven. Demould after it is cooled completely.
The delicious Vanilla Bean Blondies is ready to be served.
