green chillies- 4-5 no.s(grind into a paste)

garam masala- 1/4 tsp

bread slices – 2 (edges cut and powdered)

Mint leaves- 1 tbsp(chopped)

Lemon juice – that of half a lemon(medium sized)

Method of Preparation

Cook mutton in a saucepan by adding little water.Grind cooked mutton into a paste.

Saute onion, crushed badam/almonds ,garlic paste, ginger paste and chilli paste together for a while. Then add cooked mutton into it. Add garam masala , mint leaves and enough salt to it.

Now remove from heat and add in lemon juice.

Let it cool a bit..Add in bread powder and knead well so that it turns into a dough consistency.

Now shape it into kebabs(You can make whichever shape you want. I have prepared rod shaped kebabs)

Now heat a pan(preferably non-stick), add in butter.

Then prepare kebabs by flipping around all the sides of the prepared rod-shaped mix. (until it turns into dark brown colour)

The tasty mutton-badam kebabs are ready to be served.
