Here is the recipe of mutton badam kebabs with richness of almonds .What more could you ask if you get a plate of juicy, succulent and delicious mutton kebabs??? Making perfect Kebabs atleast according to me is not that easy. If it is oevrcooked it turns out hard. Instead of using keema, I have tried grinding cooked mutton pieces which turned out delicious too!!

Ingredients required
Mutton – 250 g(cut into small pieces)
Badam/almonds – 20 no.s
Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
onion (chopped)- 2 tbsp
green chillies- 4-5 no.s(grind into a paste)
garam masala- 1/4 tsp
bread slices – 2 (edges cut and powdered)
Mint leaves- 1 tbsp(chopped)
Lemon juice – that of half a lemon(medium sized)
salt – as per taste
Butter – 4-5 tbsp
Method of Preparation
Cook mutton in a saucepan by adding little water.Grind cooked mutton into a paste.
Saute onion,crushed badam/almonds ,garlic paste, ginger paste and chilli paste together for a while. Then add cooked mutton into it. Add garam masala , mint leaves and enough salt to it.
Now remove from heat and add in lemon juice.
Let it cool a bit..Add in bread powder and knead well so that it turns into a dough consistency.
Now shape it into kebabs(You can make whichever shape you want. I have prepared rod shaped kebabs)
Now heat a pan(preferably non-stick), add in butter.
Then prepare kebabs by flipping around all the sides of the prepared rod-shaped mix. (until it turns into dark brown colour)
The tasty mutton-badam kebabs are ready to be served.
