Yes, You read it right..It is possible to make tandoori chicken on stove top infusing that smoky flavour and at the same ,juicy and succulent to the core….Its been six months since I have rejoined my work and although blogging has been reduced, my journey of baking has flourished now. My collegues are giving orders for my cakes and looking forward to the journey of cake making too.
The only time I can find to bake cakes is at night after my little one sleeps and maybe I am stressing out myself . But eventually my skills on baking improves with each baking which makes me all the more happier.
Also, I have settled down with my job at Office doing my work as Assistant Engineer with full dedication and hoping to do both the jobs with equal dedication. So far everything is good.

Method of Preparation
Prepare first marinade by mixing all the ingredients required as mentioned above and apply uniformly over the chicken pices and let it rest for 2 hours in refrigerator.Meanwhile prepare second marinade by making a paste of all the ingredients by grinding in a blender/Mixie.
Now apply the second marinade and gently spread the marinade and leave it to marinate overnight in refrigerator.
In a pan heat oil and in low flame cook both sides till pan.(For few seconds cook by covering with a lid which makes the meat juicy and succulent.)
For infusing smoky flavour place the already cooked chicken pices in a wire grill with a handle.
Now place this over high flame of the gas stove directly.Flip all the sides till it is nice and charred a bit.
Tandoori chicken is ready to be srved.
